Check-in Time

From 12:00 PM. Early check-in subject to availability.

Check-out Time

By 11:00 AM. Late check-out on request (charges may apply).

ID Requirement

Valid government-issued ID required for all adult guests at check-in.

Booking Confirmation

You will receive a confirmation email with your booking reference.

House Rules

  • No smoking inside rooms or common areas
  • Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM
  • No loud music or disturbances
  • Pets not allowed (unless prior arrangement)
  • Outside food & alcohol not allowed in rooms
  • Visitors not permitted in guest rooms
  • Dispose of waste in designated bins
  • Treat property & staff with respect
  • Report any damage immediately
  • Children under 12 stay free (no extra bed)
  • Maximum occupancy per room must not be exceeded
  • No cooking in rooms (kitchenette in Garden Cottage only)

Cancellation Policy

Free Cancellation — Cancel up to 48 hours before check-in at no charge.
Within 48 Hours — Cancellations within 48 hours of check-in: one night's stay charged.
No-show — Full booking amount will be charged for no-shows.

To cancel or modify a booking, contact us via WhatsApp or email with your booking reference number.
